A lifelong and self-taught artist, Chelsea was raised on the beaches of New Jersey. She pursued a degree in Ecology at Rutgers University and moved to Colorado in 2008 where she worked as an environmental scientist for a large consulting firm. Chelsea longed for change and eventually moved to New York City. Chelsea left the corporate world in 2015 to travel around the world. After that, she spent a few years on the Oregon Coast where she embraced her creative side. In December 2019, Chelsea has relocated back to the sands of New Jersey to be close to family and share her love of art with the horseshoe crabs and seagulls.
Chelsea has been hosting paint parties since August 2015 when she wanted to do something special for her mom's birthday. Other people heard about it and got in on the action - the rest is history!
Chelsea spends her spare time crocheting hats and baby toys, designing greeting cards, learning Spanish, spoiling her dog, and saving the planet. You can find some of her other interests in her Etsy shop.
